PRICES INCLUDE: electricity (the use of electrical heaters is forbidden), hot and cold water, gas, heating, use of washing machines and barbecue facilities, covered parking for one car (excluding cars with gas-engines), external parking, agency fees, VAT.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: a charge for end of stay cleaning; bedroom, bathroom and table linen.
ANIMALS: just a small pet is allowed and only in specific apartments, those equipped with a close terrace. It's necessary to notify this need on the reservation request. A € 3 extra charge per day and a final € 30 cleaning and sterilization contribution are automatically charged.
DEPOSIT: a refundable deposit of € 100 must be paid. It is returned upon vacation of the apartment, when the keys of the apartment, the safety deposit and the humid-garbage bin are returned, and when the apartment has been inspected to the satisfaction of the staff.

The balance is to be settled on arrival. No reimbursement can be made for late arrivals or early departures.
